Add a little rockstar to your walls with this super easy DIY. Using Color by Crate and Barrel Black .01 and White .01, we turned paint drips from the ultimate faux pas into the coolest backdrop around.

Start with a smooth wall painted with White .01. We wanted to make our Drip Wall a little more structured, so we confined them to a small block on our wall. Drawing two parallel lines a few feet apart, we taped them off. Then, lifting the edge of the bottom taped line, we tucked some brown paper underneath.

With a ketchup-style squirt bottle, we mixed up Black .01 with water, 50/50. Starting at the top of the blue lines with the nozzle right on the wall, squeeze firm and slow to let out a stream of paint.

Continue on, leaving a small space between drip lines.

Varied pressure on the bottle = varied drip line lengths.

When finished but before completely dry, remove the tape and paper carefully!
